Shipping policy

After you place your order, it will be fulfilled within a few days. We ship within Canada and internationally. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to fulfill orders shipping to the United States.

$10 flat rate shipping within Canada applies to orders up to $150.

Free shipping is available within Canada on orders of $150 or more.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.

Shipping rates may change without notice.

The shipping company (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator) is solely responsible for shipping service levels and delivery times.  Delivery times are not within our control. 

International Shipping

Any customs, duties, taxes and/or fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the receiver.  These fees will vary with each destination country. 

Lost & Undelivered Packages

We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages, however we will do our best to help you locate a missing package. Undelivered packages will not be refunded or reshipped.
